The Possum Problem Create task

This term Te Ngahere have been learning about possums and what they do to the ecosystem. What I learnt about possums were that they are marsupials that compete with native New Zealand animals for food. Another tithing I learnt is that possums ruin our forests because they eat all the foliage off the trees and they eat some of our native animals. Here is our create showing how they spread across New Zealand.

Mossiac art E-symposium

This week we have been doing the E-learning symposium and three girls from Tautoro school helped us

I discover that there was a option to choose your color by hovering over the image then clicking instead of spending a lot of time choosing the perfect colour.

I enjoyed the part when I got to choose the image then used polyline to make my image come to life.

It was difficult to make the shapes perfect and have the right colours.

This would really help me because if I ever want to make mosaic art when i’m older I can go to google drawing have image next to it and start creating.

The part that stood out was that the presenters were really clear on what they said.

I want to know who made this idea and why they made it.

Volcano Create Task

I have been making a create task about Volcanoes where I have to make a suit or a vehicle my partner and I made a Metal bus made of tungsten steal heres some stuff about the bus Our bus is made of tungsten steel and can withstand temperatures up to 3422 °C (6192 °F). This will drive because of the MTT 420-RR  motor which tops out at 273 mhp This will help the land because it will scoop up lava and will blow out all the fires around it.

My best piece of writing

This week in Te Ngahere we have been reflecting on our old writings that we did in the past and we are getting the best writing on an poster for our class room. First we had to fix up our writing and check our punctuation. We had to paste the writing onto a poster and make it look better. Then we had to blog about it. After we finished we had to put in on seesaw so our parents and caregivers can see it. This is my poster.

E-Symposium Canva Ai

This week we have been doing E-learning Symposium and two girls from Kawakawa helped us
I discover that I could make ai images on canva to make my writing more fun to read.
I enjoyed the part when I got to write my stories then used the ai to generate the story.
I didn’t find any challenges because the instructions were clear and everything was labeled so you know where everything is.
I would definitely use this in the future because It would help me illustrate my stories.
The part that really stuck out to me was that they explained everything clearly.
I want to know who made this and why they made this amazing website.

Scratch E-symposium

I learnt to add sounds to my scratch game. The thing that was fun was that I get to use my imagination to make The challenges were that I didn’t know where stuff was. This tool would be useful because you could use this to make posters and wallpapers The presenters helped me add a text and sounds to make my game more fun.If I was in charge of this toolkit I would change some categories because I didn’t know where stuff was.
